Social Videos

I am actually glad to see that only 40% of social video is humorous.  I love laughing, but videos are so good at generating thought and emotions (c.f. Kony 2012 which for all its faults, exposed a serious tragedy).

Bitcoin

I listened to an NPR story last week about this digital currency. One “miner” had all his savings invested in this theoretical monetary thing that you can’t buy much with. I would rather stash gold in the mattress. At least it’ll be there when the power goes out.
