As the wearable medical device category starts to emerge (and it is already), those folks worried about the government knowing what phone numbers they call are going to have quite the dilemma.

Last week, everyone was worried the government was collecting data on everyone. Obviously, has been happening for as long as the credit card has existed, at least.
From personal experience, I know that while Acxiom has data one virtually everyone, it is frequently incorrect in major ways.

Fascinating look at the network of organizations involved in non-profit work in water, sanitation and hygiene. If somehow there was a free-market component, I have to believe there would be fewer, larger recipient organizations, and that transfer and administration costs would go down, and impact would increase.
